The Magic of the Music

"My divorced mom was everything to our family, and was without a doubt, the person who most shaped my character and inspired me to know, not just believe, that I could do anything I truly wanted to do"  Brenda explains. "I was brought up in a house full to faith and music.  The positive power of music took us away from our problems and allowed us to dream of a better place and a brighter day."

Of course. Brenda took to singing like a duck takes to water. She honed and developed her natural vocal talents in church, where her faith grew even stronger.  Even though her singing made her popular in high school ("Most talented"), she was painfully shy and unsure of herself, down deep inside.

But as she migrated into college life, Brenda's faith boosted her confidence and self esteem when she realized why she was put here on this planet.  "My faith has taught me to love my fellowman, to help others and to serve.  "Brenda emphasizes, "I learned that I am not put here on earth to satisfy myself, but rather to fulfill God's plan.  My purpose is His--whatever if is.

Today, Brenda shares her gift of song with fellow churchgoers, family and friends whenever she is called upon at every opportunity possible.  Now a well rounded relaxed, confident woman, she is very approachable and easy to talk to.

You Can Go Home Again

Brenda Wright was born in tiny Lincolnton, Georgia and grew up in Brooklyn, one of the huge boroughs that make up New York City.  After obtaining a Liberal Arts degree with a major in Economics.  Brenda followed up a demanding career as an Operations Assistant with NASDAQ, (National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotation.)  Her job was the equivalent of a floor trader on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange.  She had a a series of personally rewarding jobs as an interior designer, a social worker, a librarian and a paraprofessional with the Nassau County (NY) public school system.

"When we moved back to Georgia, I worked as a substitute teacher until I realized that my passion for helping others was wonderful, but I still wanted something more,"  recalls Brenda. "I rediscovered my love for interior decorating, and the rest is history."  She began previewing and staging homes for optimum presentation value, and her Wall Street sales background came back into play as she embarked upon a career as a real estate professional.

In addition to serving as a full-time realtor, Brenda also manages her own business, Rooms By You, which provides home revitalization, home staging and interior decorating consultation that will position your home for maximum return.    This affords her the opportunity to see things from their inception, and follow through to a successful completion.    " As a realtor.  I meet with people from all walks of life and assist them in the most intimate purchases as will as one of the biggest investments they'll make.

So she's still helping people through sometimes trying transitions, still serving with honor, integrity and pride.

Home is Where Your Story Begins.
